Sugar CRM customizations

We are in need of a professional to make the following customizations to Sugar open source CRM. We are looking for an expert in Sugar who can quickly make the required modifications but also continue adding to the CRM in the near future. 1 Team Management Module Needed to define user groups like Representatives, TO, Affiliate Rooms, Manager, Operation Manager. (Not included in SugarCRM community edition.) Reports by type of users. 2 Sales Management Module Needed to control each sale by customer, TYOV tourist package sold, user who sold the package (and who will receive the commission), price, date/time of sale, location/affiliate room, call recording ID, Reports by customer, by day, week, month, range. By location/affiliate room 3 Commission Management Module This module calculates commissions based on sales by user/room during a period of time (day, wk, mo, range) 4 SugarCRM to API (XML) integration Module that creates a XML file to upload to (Focus) software system Upload button to Focus system 5 Affiliate Room - Revenue control in real-time per room, Revenue report in dashboard per day,mo,wk,range. Chargebacks control. "hold tank"implementation. "Escrow" account management.
