PHP/MySQL - Modify Calendar to Work for Multiple Users [5th]

I have a calendar which I use for scheduling and billing. It works fine for me, but now I have tutors working for me, and they each need their own calendar. I need someone to modify the calendar to make 2 different canlendars. One calendar will work for each individual tutor, and will only deal with their appointments. The other calendar with be the administration calendar, and will show all of the appointments for every worker, or just the information for a single tutor. I give more details below. In addition, I have a few functions that process added and deleted functions. I will need them updated to work for each tutor. I have included the code for the calendar "[login to view URL]" as well as the file it calls "[login to view URL]". In addition, I have included a word document with the text of the add and delete functions as well as a pic of what the calendar looks like. In the php page, the tutor's id is stored as a session variable. In the mysql tables, it is usually stored as "tid", but in a few as "tutor_id. I will give the winning bidder a list of the tables and structure of each, as well as ftp access to the folder on my site. ## Deliverables Calendar 1. Here are the specs for first calendar 1. create variable $tutor_id and set equal to the tutor id passed as a session variable. 2. Add to each select statement " where tid = $tutor_id" 3. Add to each insert statement "tid = $tutor_id" 4. Modify the the forms to add an appointment (notice there are 2 one at the top and one at the bottom), create a function that will put the form on the page. Then use the function to put the forms where they are now. Include one text form field called "pay" after "rate" Calendar 2. This is going to be the administrators calendar. 1. This calendar will be in the "admin" folder, not the "tutors" folder, so you will have to save it there. 2. For each apptment shown, put the tutor's name in blue. get name from table based on tutor_id of the session 3. Modify the forms that add an appointment (notice there are 2 one at the top and one at the bottom), Use the same function as calendar one, but a parameter must be passed to let it know to put the "admin" form since this form is slightly different. Then use the function to put the forms where they are now. Modify the forms so that it also asks for which tutor the session applies (we have a function to create the pull down menu which you can use). Also put the text field "pay" in these menus after rate. ***ADDED*** To clarify, the admin calendar needs to be able to show the appointments for every tutor OR for any single tutor. If now tutor is selected it should show every tutor's appointments. If a tutor is selected, it should just show the appointments for that tutor. There needs to be a drop down menu which allows the administrator to choose an individual tutor, or "all tutors" ***END ADDED*** NOTE: both calendars must still call the same calendar making function from calendar03.phtml. The calendar making fuction must determine what info to display based on the parameters sent. Add Appt function 1. modify the sql statemetns to be specific to the tid passed to the function. 2. add tutor's emal address to the mail function call Cancel Appt function 1. make an new input variable called tutor_id and set it to 1 if nothing is passed. (this function should work if 2 or 3 parameters are passed if that is possible.
