Multiple projects PHP/MYSQL

I have esperience working on preestablished proyects and consider myself quite adept at figuring out what is going on and how things need to be fixed, if not, finding an answer quickly is something you can count on. A lot of my personal work is made from scratch withouth relying much on premade code or templates so I have a fair understanding of the fundamentals of web developent. I spend my time at home on the computer working and taking care of my son, so I have more than enough time to commit. I'm just starting on freelancer.com, but not as a freelancer per say. Though I haven't worked as much on CakePHP I do have experience on PHP frameworks, mainly Codeigniter, but being MVC I don't view this as a problem. I do have to say that I haven't used Jira though, other than that I think I fullfill your specified requirements, I'm on GMT-7 so I can keep open contact on skype.
