running an older version of Cre Loaded cart and suffering from CPU throttling from host and timeouts / broken database connections. Needing someone to review current setup and make necessary changes to reduce server load and improve overall site performance. Cre Loaded Version is 6.1a.... was running previously on a linux server running php4... recently upgraded to php5 and I have a feeling this may be the major cause or at least contributing to the problem. We are researching going over to a Joomla based cart system very soon so will have lost of future ongoing work as well.

I can troubleshoot your present cart system. You stated that you had recently upgraded your server (Linux) from php4 to 5. Whoever performed the upgrade should have told you that your CRE would need to be upgraded from 6.1 to 6.3 to run efficiently. However if you are going to change carts why incur expense and downtime twice? I will be glad to either troubleshoot your present system or perform your change to another cart or both. My bid is for the correction of your present configuration. Samantha
