Fix my database reports!

Our last programmer disappeared on us and we desperately need to fix our site! We have a custom android app that scans QR codes then updates a database with the date it was scanned. Each QR code contains order information, ie, PO number, Product code, quantity, Cubic meter (CBM) etc. Each order has different quantities and CBM. Before, 1 QR code represented the entire order of 10, but now 1 QR code represents only one product in the order of 10. Now our reports show that 100 items have been scanned, but in reality only 10 have been. The same goes for the cubic meters calculation. What needs to be done: 1: Fix it so 1 QR scan only represents 1 item in our reports. 2. Fix it so the CBM is calculated by taking the order’s CBM and dividing it by the order’s quantity to display the Cubic Meters for one item in the order. Like I said before, the previous programmer disappeared and I have very little knowledge about how the reports are generated, documentation, etc. It will be up to you to figure out what the last programmer was thinking.
