VTIGER custom theme/UI

Hello! Looking for developer/team to create custom theme/UI for vTiger CRM ([login to view URL]). Application must keep entire set of functionalities after redesign and be upgrade safe (minor changes accepted) Modifications required: - redesign of interface screens - the new interface will be preferably based on jqGrid - Images, buttons, CSS will have to be redesigned. - New collapsible side bar menu - move the calendar, quick create options and search there. The search will be defined for some modules and will be over all the fields. The user will have an option to switch to the default basic and advanced searches of vtiger. The sidebar will be hide show (same as the settings side bar). - Give the user an option to filter/sort in the listview. This will be a show/hide panel like the blocks in detailview. We will provide detailed interactive UI mockups for each screen/module, and any other details as might be needed. Iterations time will preferably be within 1-2 weeks range.
