Vendor registration portal needed for existing website

Our small company organizes local music trade shows and offers professional and non professional vendors opportunity to sell/trade music merchandise to the public. Each vendor (new or existing) must register for every event. Current process is done via printed forms that are submitted to us by MAIL or FAX. To improve our process we are looking for a experienced programmer to create a online registration portal for our vendors.
