PHP EXPERT NEEDED

I need a php expert to do a few small php things for me: 1)..Need to move tables around on profile page of social networking site. ie: reorganize how the tables are laid out on page.. 2).. Would like for a instant mail notification window to appear in middle of member's profile page each time they recieve new mail. 3).. icon and small instant chat for when admin is online and allow member to chat private with admin. 4).. small instant chat box placed on member profile page. would like this chat to be private to allow ony those who are on any particular member's page. 5).. Show how many new members signed up today, how many visitors online, how many total members in network and place these stats in small table on profile page.. The programmer i select will get this work and much more.. looking for long term relationship and i require constant communications via yahoo messenger.. must be expert in php.. no newbies. Must be able to do it all..
