OpenLayers, Routing, Fleet tracking expert needed

Dear coders, Looking for someone with experience with the: ? OpenLayers API; ? Mapserver ? Routing (pgrouting / PostGIS) ? Fleet tracking No Java ! PHP and JavaScript appreciated. Links to completed projects would be good also. We would like to create our own mapping/geocode engine, to integrate with our TMS (transport management software). Main tasks: ? Instructions how to install all the tools needed onto XAMPP and/or LAMPP; ? Instructions how to add data/integrate with: OpenStreets, Googlemaps and other; We are mostly interested in maps for Europe. ? Javascript functions for typical fleet management solution; ? Routing (time and distance engine) ; ? Geofence; ? Geocoding / reverse geocoding ? At this point no need for database/software which grabs and stores coordinates from GPS devises. (but we might consider it later) . Since we have no experience in this field basic concepts will need to be explained also. We just want the basic functions to set up and will not bother you with - place it here or a little bit higher ant etc. ## Deliverables Functions in more detail (We can supply links for some real examples - so to easier explain what we want to be done): Typical fleet management functions: ? Showing a point on map: > o Visualization - possibility to control: icon type, color, text (some short visible text and some extra text which appears onMouseover ? etc?) and etc. > > o Automatically center map according to loaded point. > > o Change point location by drag and drop (new coordinates should be returned); > ? Showing many points on map: > o Automatically center and zoom in/out map according to loaded points. > ? Showing one or more routes on map - without routing engine involved: just straight lines between points; > o Options: start/end points emphasized; direction indicator, other ? > ? Not necessary, but would be appreciated: reports: distance, time, speed between points (data table and/or chart); other ? Routing (time and distance engine): ? Basic concepts will need to be explained: > o how to get fastest, shortest route; > > o industry specific notes for trucks: banned roads; height limitations and etc.; what type o data needed, how to get it and etc. > ? Calculation of time and distance between points. ? Showing/handling on map - > o functionality similar to google maps: > > > - Change location of start / end points by drag and drop; > > > > - Once start/end location changed - route is redrawing instantly. > > > > - Possibility to and/edit/delete via points (again with drag and drop and instant redrawing). > > > o possibility to assign each route: different color, line weight and etc. > > o possibility to save route (I guess it just via points should be saved ?) > Geofence: ?
