Need Javascript/PHP Trivia GAME made for my site!!!

Hello...I have a website where users answer trivia questions. I have all questions/database/and UI code already. But I would like to add a multiplayer twist to my site. Take the existing questions that are on my site and allow users to play a game against each other using the questions. I am looking for talented and affordable programmer to code this for me. This will be a fun project. See attached document to get detailed description of game and work required. Please post how long you think the game will take you and how much it will cost. I love when bidders ask intelligent questions in PM! If you don't understand something...just ask. Also...hoping the developer also has experience in Ipad development. Would love to port game to Ipad after development. DO NOT INCLUDE THIS IN PRICE:) Let's just do game first. But it is plus if you have iphone/ipad experience but not neccessary. I just want the game I attached exactly as specified. Would also like to find developer looking to establish long term relationship. Will be needing alot of games for my site and need to find someone reliable. Please check attached doc.
