Joomla 2.5 Small freelancer site membership project

The site is Joomla 2.5 Responsive template. The site is for translation company that has two phases: A & B. This project is mainly on phase A because B only needs 2-3 pages copy from A. We need a similar website like the one we chose but it cannot be exactly the same. Please use different colors and shapes and layout. In addition, we need a professional who can explain what s/he made on our site and how it works. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ PHASE A: Simplified translation freelancers site. We chose a simple site to resemble and have most pages that you'll need in javascript files with minor syntax error to fix. I need Freelance members pages as follows created: (1 - 4 and other pages also have images.) 1. FInd freelancers 2. Profile, 3. Feedback 4. Portfolio 5. Give 12 hrs of delay time limit before each project is released for free registered users. 6. Contact, if missing. (copy the one already created and connect with the other related files with buttons.) 7. Registration: if missing. It needs to be connected with the PayPal (I will connect it with the PayPal so I need the page address you create). This is redirected to Login page connected with their set up 'my page' with all the files above so that they can create it on their own. ___________________________________________________________________________________ PHASE B: Register, login, and post project pages copied from A. For regular client who wants our company professionals to do the work. (You will just add the one we already have.) Registter>(PayPal>Redirected to) or Login >Post porject> (We will need the posted registration info and project to show up on our site. ________________________________________________________________________ Find freelancers should have the similar coding/scripting as 'Find projects' which is already done but partially undone. We will give all the related files to the one whom we select.
