503278 Joomla help needed fast

I need very fast help of joomla expert. You should be expert in joomla, css, javascript, html, php. What I need: Graphic design pritty much the same as [login to view URL] with minor changes: 1. some color changes 2. other slideshow in header. 3. In the header part it should be a selector, that allow user to select one of the two parts of the site like it is done on [login to view URL] - please look at left top corner where you will find a compass with two words under it. I need the same thing and the menu will be different depending on selection you have made. 4. I will use smth like joomfish to translate the site on 3 languages so there should be a place for flags (will talk about it in PM). All menus should be linked to a simple article. Not big deal. Important things: - I need it very very fast. In a few hours I need to see some samples. - menu the same style as [login to view URL] (but only with one submenu line) tabs and subline. - the color sheme pritty the same as [login to view URL] but I should have a possibility to change it easily (I can work in PS) - will talk in PM about it - selector (compass) in the left part of the header or above the main part of the page (it would be super if it would be a module that I can put where I need) like [login to view URL] - It should work on any resolution in any browser. Not a big budjet but this is not a big project for experts. I would be able to do myself but I don't have enough time. - I would preffer a proffesional to do this job. And if you do it well - I will give you some more project with a bigger budjet plus bonus. Will need to talk in PM before I choose a programmer.
