Fix an app and add a new tab

Ok so a developer was working on the android and apple app. Unfortunately, he was not able to complete it which is very frustrating since he said he could but turns out he could not. Anyway, i have all of the files for the apple app but not the android only the last known apk he provided. I do not have android or apple store account just to let you know. We might have one in the future but at the moment we dont have these accounts. The job of the freelancer is to complete the project that the other freelancer could not complete. The android app you will need to start new since he refuse to give me the files but i do have all of the apple ones. If freelancer wants to work from scratch that is ok since the remaining parts should not be much. These are the parts that are needed: Add two more tabs: One that will allow the admin to post updates and another to have daily or weekly messages. I will do as much as i can from my part to help the developer in order to keep work low and price down. On android same missing two apps but also within the apps certain pages that are being directed to another webpage do not seem to be working properly. There are several minor bugs that the developer could not fix and couldnt even implement. If you need more information please contact me Only serious bidders please.
