CSS 3w validation

Hello again! This should be a really simple job, and i'm usualy really easy going, but i will write all the obvious details anyway, just for peace in my mind. Please only bid if you are REALLY good at CSS. (I have posted this job 3 times before and gotten it back with tons of mistakes or people disappearing!? So please: only bid if you know what are you doing. Goal: to get this mess cleaned up (re-made) and simplified instead of tons of small 2 px div boxes here and there to work-around the initial messy CSS style sheet. I dont think there is needed more than a few styles (text-leftboxes, text-blueboxes, + a few more) - but right now i think there are about 35 styles!? Browsers: Should look equal on the most used browsers: IE6 IE7 FF Safari It must be w3 validated. Submit buttons and link most be working. The form is working fine now, so you can re-use that part. (However if i write any comment below the last button half the text disappears!? Please? advoid? this too.) Headers will be images. The buttons - they are flashing a grey color first then i load the page, I tried using a images as a button, but it never worked so i guess this is the only way to do it. If you can remove the flashing it would be great - dont make it too complicated though. And remember it MUST work on the ALL browsers above. [login to view URL] will be in the root folder, and the images and js file (for flash) will be in a folder called "img". Text must be in format as forexample: x-small - so that the size and be changed by holding down ctrl and scrolling the wheel on the mouse, to enlarge or make the text smaller. Styles that are used several times should be in a "[login to view URL]" file. Styles that are only used ONCE should be in included in the tag. If we later want to add more text, it must be possible to add more text, without the text disappearing or is cut outside of the DIV box. Instead the text must make the DIV box's height bigger (like it happends in a table, when you add more text, it just makes the cell bigger - it never cuts half the characters.) The 3 blue boxes in the middle most always have the same height, even if there is most text in one of them. Please start from scratch and do not use any of the code in the current version. I have attached a quick "exploded-draft" of how i think it can be made using DIV boxes. Please read the comment file to the images. DIV boxes with text must have the same padding all the way around. I have been told that DIV is better than TABLE so i guess you should use DIV's. It would be great if i can still make small changes in dreamweaver - I know dreamweaver isn't optimized for DIVs, but if text and easy parts can be edited in DreamWeaver it would be nice. Important: All of the above is within reason (I'm actually easy going but i have tried getting really bad results back so i'm only writing all this for peace in my mind.). If you have a really good reason to make something different, then let me know, else please stick to the guideline above.
