383249 Website help

Hi I'm currently looking for someone who has some knowledge of flash and very good knowledge of HTML. HTML Problem- I had programmer make a small 9 page website for me and the source code and structure of the pages need to be fixed as there are many errors, and contact page is not working properly. Flash Problem- I need to change the music to the flash intro on my website and fix the mp3 player or use another mp3 player than can be heard with out being restarted every time a client browses a different page (if possible). Server- Also I would need to clean up the server that my website is hosted on because the programmer who uploaded my website added many useless files and I just want the files need to run my website and not wasted junk.
