Laravel web application development

This project is about documenting assessment center activities. If you do not know what an assessment center is all about, here is a brief description. "An assessment center is like a training program where many participants come and do some activities either in group or individually. There is a Facilitator who instructs candidates to do the tasks and manages the process. There are some Observers who observe what a candidate is doing and write their observations. After the activities are over. All the observers sit together and decide how a candidate performed on the activities, based on the performance they agree to give some marks to the candidates on the 'characteristics' (also known as 'competencies') which were supposed to be measured by those activities." This application will provide a way to document the entire process and generate csv file for each candidate summarizing the whole process and observations. In brief, it will have following things: 1. An interface where the project admin can create list of competecies, their descrioption, indicator and levels. 2. An interface to create activities, their description and levels. 3. An interface to link competecies with activities. 4. An interface to create an assessment project and add activities, competencies, candidates, observers and facilitatiors to the project. 5. An interface for the assessor to add their Observation on the candidate about an activity. 6. An interface to view and edit all observations either by candidate or by competency or by activity. 7. An interface to generate CSV files with all scores and their associated observations. IMPORTANT: I am a professional consultant in Assessment Domain and I have worked with many software developers before. I know Object Oriented Analysis and Design and have intermediate UML skills. I am looking for a 'bright minded' professional who is well versed with the following: 1. Object Oriented Programming 2. Laravel Framework 3. HTML5 4. Ajax I will provide all Class Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams, Database Schema and Activity Diagrams and work closely with you. You are expected to CODE as per the standards and CONTRIBUTE ideas and suugest better ways of acomplishing the goals as we work along. You must be someone who loves and lives coding. VERY IMPORTANT: This is not a COPY-PASTE or Support Type work. This is hard core development work. Please bid only if you have the capability to do the work. I am not looking for high experience but I am definitely looking for high inttelactual ability and learning orientation in the developer for this project.
