Create HTML/CSS template from PSD for 1 Profile Page in a Drupal Site

We are refreshing our profile page and are looking for someone to create the HTML/CSS template directly from a PSD file. The site is based on Drupal 7 and the back-end is ready built. It is just 1 PSD template that needs converting to HTML. Here are specifics we require from you: - You'll need to set-up a local development environment to test your work and stage your work for us (using the Drupal code that has already been developed) - You'll need strong HTML / CSS capabilities and other front-end technologies skills - You'll need to have a good eye for design to ensure that the HTML looks exactly like the PSD - You'll need to have extensive experience creating the front-end for several Drupal sites Please find the visual attached to this brief.
