Need full Joomla site and template developed using HTML5 style.

I need IT Consulting (computer repair) site developed. It must be Joomla 3.2 based with HTML5 style custom template. I will need to see few concepts before i can make a decision. I will provide IT Consulting site where all text content can be taken from but you will have to rewrite it so it can pass copyscape. Site will also have few flash sliders that you will create based on examples i provide. Also i will provide couple video files that you will have to edit ending on it to match my company name and logo and it will be embedded within my site. Logo is being developed at this time so you don't need to worry about that. Most likely i will have my logo designer develop my site too but i wanted to see what other skilled professional portfolios are out there. My top budget for this project is $500, please do not bid higher than that and do not request milestone that is more than half of your bid. Site must be fully running on my own server before i can release final payment to you.
