515867 Build a Wedding Web Site

I am looking for a team of programmers to develop a complete wedding website from scratch. NO PRE-BUILT SCRIPTS ALLOWED! I need a logo and an attractive design for the site. I would like a link to your portfolios so I may see some of the work you have done. The purpose of the site is for engaged or married couples to create a profile online and communicate with vendors via messages. Vendors will setup portfolios to display their work to the married/engaged couple. The way the site earns money is by charging vendors for membership. Billing will utilize an [login to view URL] payment gateway with AIM so it should be implemented into the site. It is very important that the programmer have experience in the [login to view URL] payment gateway. Full API is located at the [login to view URL] site under documentation. As a requirement by credit card companies, the site must be in PCI compliance so please google the term because I will need to run rigorous tests before launching. Half of the payment will be released during the middle of project, and the other half released when project is complete complete.
