We are looking for 100 - 150 high end TOP QUALITY HTML based CUSTOM Commercial grade Website Templates. We want each template created specifically for us with exclusive ownership for each template as part of the purchase. Templates should be of VERY high quality, in HTML format, NO PHOTOSHOP PAGE TEMPLATES PLEASE. All images must included. All fonts used in the creation of the templates should be included, or at the very least identified, to assist us in further customization, down the road. All images must be included and should be license and royalty free. All images used in the Templates shall become our copyright property. We are looking for commercial quality themes in these categories: Business: 25 templates Hobby: 10 templates Arts: 5 templates Household: 5 templates Personal Page: 20 templates Miscellaneous: 35 templates All bidding coders MUST provide links to at LEAST 10 existing SEPARATE websites that they have built for a client. We want to see your portfolio, so show us what you are capable of and what we can expect to receive from you. Successful bidders will be chosen on quality of previous work and of course, a reasonable bid. All Templates must be Custom coded for us, and all Templates and Designs become our property and may NOT be re-sold to other customers. NO TEMPLATEMONSTER PHOTOSHOP TEMPLATES or clones please! Successful bidders awarded this work will be required to sign a document confirming our 100% ownership of all templates and related materials. We are looking for professional coders who can complete this project professionally, on time, and to our specifications.
