Ongoing work: talented web developer (or a team) working for 90 hours a month.

This is an opportunity for a talented web developer or for a small team of web developers from a developing counry looking for ongoing work and steady monthly income. You are required to work 90 hours a month on various projects and to be available for working at least 4 hours every day from Monday to Friday. Required: - Graphics skills and experience - PHP/MySQL skills and experience - Ready to learn new things and to find and try new technologies - Motivated to complete work on time and to work independently - Availability on MSN/Skype Beneficial: - Knowledge of development frameworks (e.g. CakePHP) - Flash skills Please bid your monthly fee for working 90 hrs. a month. Bid only in case the price range of this offer will give good motivation for you to work accoring to the income leveles of where you live. If there is more work, then additional hours will be compensated. Payments will be done monthly. Please take into account that you must keep yourself available to work for me for at least 4 hours a day unless agreed otherwise. You will be required to install software monitoring your activities on your computer to help to calculate your working hours. Every 2 working days you will send a brief e-mail stating: (1) what did you mange to do during previous 2 days; (2) what do you plan to do for next 2 days (3) From what time to what time you plan to work for next 2 days.
