Signature generator

This is a simple project where a user enters his/her name (first, middle, last) in a php form. On submission, the name should be displayed in a few recursive fonts. User should be able to select one of the options. after selection, user will be prompted to select font size and a gradient/slope for the signature (signature at a slant). On final confirmation, the image should be saved to a specific folder with a unique identifier. The unique identifier and user's name should be stored in a second folder or database table. I would prefer to use this code as a php class file for easy integration in to an existing registration form or use as a post registration form.
