We are opening up a new company called Web Geeks, and would offer web design services. We need a very professional website and is as user-friendly as www.merxmotion.com. Also need a very professional and elegant Logo that speaks out "Web Geeks" Quality Web Designs! We want something very close to [login to view URL], and would want the different headers that can be changed throughout the year. Headers should be flash, like the website of [login to view URL], some sort of elegant design and animation. Here is what we need: - flash introduction - web template - flash headers for web template (somethign seasonal so we can change it throughout the year) - logo - coding for the site, including CSS - the final product of the site, including all editable files We would want the following links: Home ??" Our Web Features ??" Our Web designes packages ??" tec support ??" FAQ ??" contact us At the bottom of our site, we would like to put our sponsors, advertisements, etc. and below the advertisements and such will be “about us?? “Privacy policy?? “terms of use?? “site map??. remember, we want it very very close to this site [login to view URL] First payment of 25% will be given once we approve the logo and flash introduction. Second payment for another 25% will be given once the flash introduction is complete and we approve the web template and logo. The remaining 50% will be paid once everything is tested and working as desired. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform all internet browser systems, and should be displayed exactly the same on all monitor resolutions
