I want a scale down version of a clone odeo and libsyn build mostly on RoR and Flash When a user visit my site, they can do the following. 1) play podcasts that is listed on the site using a flash player. 2) record podcasts using another seperate flash player. "Record", "play" or "cancel" features required 3) upload podcasts into our DB. 4)We need to track how many times a pod is being listened, date, the duration it is listened,and the listener's ip must also be recorded. 5)Pods are then listed on a table based on 'Most Popular','Recently Added','From my area(country)' and 'Recently Listened' The system/database will have to be able to periodically update the table listing. 6)Users will be allowed to rate and comment on the feed/pod entries, and tag them with relevant tags. You will need to be communicating frequently with my programmer on this portal. Also, this site will be an ongoing projects, if your work reflect quality, I am sure to take you again. If you think you can finish part, but not all of the project. Feel free to state it and offer a reasonable rate. This project is for experienced seasoned programmers only, newbies try elsewhere. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
