Software needs to activate a process or series of processes depending the a Caller ID received. Software must be able to send SMS depending on certain conditions. Software must be able to receive SMS and action contents based on SMS Caller ID (CID). Software must be able to show simple web pages, and take information via GPRS. Software must be able to send email at certain times and based on certain conditions. Software must have security password access for web portal. Software will be required to perform specific functions based on time of day and also GSM controller inputs. Software will log all CID of calls received, and actions taken, with time and date stamp. Software will email the logged data to a user defined email address in a CSV file format. Software must be upgradeable via the Internet, so a new version can be downloaded directly into the GSM system over the Internet More details available on request. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
