Drupal Drop Jobs Bilingual Integration - Next 20%

We have a Website being built by a Long time Freelancer who has not completed the site to 100% and will not. The site needs another 20% to be completed. Currently the site is Online, Designed Fully with All PSD, Has full Mockups Complete, Has a Complete list of functions, FTP, Drupal Installed, Drop Jobs system installed, Bilingual Switch System working, Menus, Search ect all working already. Our requirement is for the candidate to take the current system and work on the last side of making it Look like our PSD. The general look is complete but needs cleaning up. The menus are there but need submenus. The front slider is there but needs more images to slide. The Translation switch is there but needs connecting to every element. Job Posting and Finding is there but needs words changing for our theme. Register and Log in is there but needs checking. Area search needs to be localised for Japan States not US states. We need to add an Avatar Function to the sign up for Babysitters. We need to make sure the Matching Search works on Both sides of the Matching Engine. We need to make sure the Schedule of Availability Works for both sides. We need the My Account page fleshing out properly. We included a Site Map here.
