Clean and simple Wordpress Theme

I need to develop a new Wordpress theme based off of the designs that Google finds most acceptable so I can more easily conform to their policies. I know every detail of how this Wordpress theme should be laid out, all you have to do is follow my instructions and code it into an installable theme for my sites. Attached to this project is a zip containing examples for how the blog page design should be laid out and how a "Landing page" page type should be laid out (this is modeled after Google's own landing page at [login to view URL]). In addition to this, I will also need a page type called "Full Width" that will be like the blog layout and include the top logo area, navigation area, but NO sidebar. The "single post" layout needs to be just like when viewing a single post on [login to view URL] I have some custom CSS definitions for various types of text formatting that need to be in the stylesheet for use (mainly on "Full Width" pages) so I will provide those to you as well. I also need a variable set up so I can change the "read more" text to whatever text I need when cutting off a blog post on the home page, leading to its own "single post" page. I'm a pretty easy guy to work with so feel free to ask me about anything that is unclear or needs more detail. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform Wordpress PHP CSS
