Silverstripe- Please make a copy of a site and edit stuff

This is a rush job. It needs to be done today(US) or early tomorrow(by 9 AM US east) I have a site made using Silverstripe CMS. I would like you to make a site at a different URL(on the same host) exactly the same, but I would like you to change occurrences of certain word, to another word(a text change). The original site also has some flash files as a header. I would like you to switch out those flash files with other flash files that I provide to you. Here is what I did: 1. Copied the files from the original site to the new site. 2. Copied a lot of the pages. 3. There will need to be some page changes and file changes and edits by you. Here are some things that arent done that need done(this is not a comprehensive list- please see my description for exactly what I want: 1. Online application form is non functioning on the copy. 2. There is no option to place things on the sidebar on the copy 3. See the first paragraph for other stuff needing done. I realize the SEO implications of doing this and am aware of them. Please do as instructed anyway. I cannot give you cpanel access for this web site(no mysql). Here is what I can provide to you: 1. The original site files and database. 2. Empty database and information 3. I can upload databases to the phpmyadmin for you(I am up and responsive most of the day). 4. I can provide to you current files on the copy and the database as well.
