TEM-Telecom Expense Management tool

We are looking for a skilled developer who has telecom expense management software development experience who can create a web based telecom expense management tool. There are 2 main components/modules that should communicate with each other a)Invoice & Expense Management b)Inventory & Asset Management In more detail we seek to have these functionalities: a) Telecom Carriers invoice intergration from XML and CSV files and manually as some we still receive in paper. b) Administration Multi-entities management (we will host different clients ) Multi-Cost Centers Multi-users management Secured Permissions and profiles system c) Reporting and analysis, We are thinking of using Jasper Software or Pentaho for reporting. Alternatively, you can suggest us a better free-open source tool that can do the job. Export to Excel and PDF d) Detection for invoice errors against inventory and create automated action messages which then can be either automatically scheduled as alert notification. Regarding Inventory & Asset Management e) GPLI- [login to view URL] installation and integration (with invoice mgmt module above) for Inventory, help desk & asset tracking. With flexibility or feature to change the logo and theme. Please also check on the mult-entity management feature.
