C++ dll/VB.NET Image Project

I require changes to an existing program(s) which is the very early stages of development. This is a C++ dll (ms-visual studio). Note this is regular MS c++, not c++.net. I have a VB.NET test program which calls the dll. You may update the vb.net (and of course the dll) as you see fit. The dll must perform one image erosion operation. I have a separate “ansi C?? function listing that will show you how to perform the function. Currently the vb program passes a pointer of the image to the dll. You must be able to code vb.net as well as C++. The listing for the vb.net and cpp dll are in the attachment. I'll provide the entire solution files once the bid has been awarded.
