Rental Listing Sites EXPERT NEEDED

I am needing an EXPERT individual who can complete this project within 16 days. Reason being, i have been messed around by a company in India and it has cost me over a month! EXPERT NEEDED! Max bid $2000 I need 3 websites completed. All 3 sites are geared towards apartment rental listings. 2 of these sites will be for apartment managers to list tennis services and fitness services in their apartment community. These 2 sites will have 3 users - apartment manager ( sign up , choose sites to create listing, create username password and checkout), tennis / fitness instructor ( sign up , create mini-profile page , username and password) , apartment resident ( sign up to create username and password ( mini-profile to communicate with instructors to schedule sessions).
