Specialized Calendar Work in ASP to PHP

I am in need of a coding expert that understands the workings of PHP and ASP. I need a coder to dissect some code and figure out if I can adapt this current set up of a calendar into a new one. The current calendar uses ASP: [login to view URL] This data is pulled from directly from a computer at a local office where a secretary enters it into outlook and then it uploads immediately to the website. I need to know if it's possible to still pull that data, but now into a Wordpress site using PHP. I need to pull in the candle lightings, Jewish Holidays. This is of great importance.** If the first part of this project is not doable, then I will have to drop the bidding amount.
