Convert a CMS

“You will convert a working php Mysql CMS to SQL + ASP.net MVC4; you will fully understand the exisiting CMS; you will deliver a clean visual studio 2012 solution; All the code that exists in current CMS that is not in use or useless will not be converted. You will fully test each converted feature and agree to deliver a fully working stable web app. You will use ORM and LinqToSql as the single unique data access methodology. you will develop only using clean MVC; you deliver only the code needed. I will give you MYSQL db script and the full HTML/PHP code. You will use existing html, text and css layout and maintain all visual aspect. You will fully agree upon these requirements as we deliver a starting milestone that you agree to fully refund if you do not comply to these requirements.”
