ASP.NET Page to Get and Set Client Certificates

I would like an ASP.net Web page to x509 client certificates to the system. The page should be able to do the following: 1) Display Current Authorities 2) Add/Delete Certificates Only property validated certificates should be accepted. ******ADDED************** When installing the certificate, I would like an option to install it into an IIS website. ******ADDED************** Here are some articles speaking specifically to what I would like automated.
