Photo Rating Website - Additional Sections

Hey Everyone, I am looking for someone that can add some additional sections to my photo rating website. Currently, the photos on my website are rated as 'couples'. If a female uploads a photo of herself and a friend/boyfriend, then users will see the message 'Can this GIRL do better than this GUY?. If a male uploads a photo, then the opposite will occur - 'Can this GUY do better than this GIRL?. Users vote accordingly and results are shown. I would like to add the following sections: Battles - Photos of Female vs. Female & Male vs. Male: Users will see the two pictures and then select the best female or male by clicking on the picture. Results will be shown below. Additional 'Battle History' will be available by clicking on the 'View Battle History' link. Match Up - This is just like the Battles, but it will be Male vs. Female or Female vs. Male Users voting will select whether the Guy could match up with the girl or the Girl could match up with the guy. Meet People - Here users will be shown Female or Male photos based on their selection. If they click 'Yes' then a notification will be sent to the person who's photo is being shown. If that person also selects 'Yes', then the two will be able to message each other on the site. 2nd Match Up Page - (Screenshot 6) - Here a Male or Female photo will be shown on the left side of the page. Users will vote which of the ten photos on the left is the best match for the guy/girl on the right. Results will be shown below with a history as well. User Account / Photos - Users must select a gender when signing up (this is already in place and working) based on their gender the messages of the site will be shown according: Female: Can this GIRL do better than this GUY? (Already working) Photos entered into Female vs. Female Battles Could this GIRL match up with this GUY? Would you like to MEET this GIRL? Male: Can this GUY do better than this GIRL? (Already working) Photos entered into Male vs. Male Battles Could this GUY match up with this GIRL? Would you like to MEET this GUY? Also, when a new photo is uploaded a user will need to be able to select (with checkboxes) which sections the photo should appear in: New Photo: - Include in Battles? - Include in Match Up? - Include in Meet People? That way a user can control where their photos are shown. Please see the attached screenshots for examples of all of the pages and explanations. If you have any questions please make sure to ask.
