Online assessment system

I am attaching here the complete documentation with links to live screens (prototypes). Please go through it and revert with your timeline for: 1. Complete Prototype for the entire system. (I have already made 60% of the screens and I would like a complete prototype before starting the coding) 2. Database schema design. ( I have also developed a database schema in mysql containing 42 tables and i would like you to improve on it and finalize the database schema before starting coding). 3. Delivery of working product for testing. (I would need 1 week for testing the entire system by putting dummy data in it) 4. Final delivery and installation. I would like you to sign NDA before starting the work and after accepting your bid as there would be so many business secrets shared with you. And, finally, the project should be developed strictly in PHP (preferably in cakePHP framework) and not in asp or java.
