242223 Create Form add events to DB

Hello, We need a form to add events and/or location to our present DB which is used by the Joomla component Eventlist. The current version of eventlist (1.0Beta for joomla 1.5) has a not so handy entry screen to add new events to the list. The old version was easy to read and quick in usage. Your job is to create a event input screen using the eventlist tables. This form is using the following fields: Name: Categorie: (House, indoor, outdoor, beach, streetparade, classics, kinky, gay(minded), concert, conference, contest, etc) Country: (default the Netherlands, dropdown list all countries) City: (dropdown with no default, must be filled based on the country) Location: (dropdown with no default, filled by entries of city) Date: (with date check) Enddate: (with date check) Starttime: Endtime: Titel evenement: Price Door: (2 fields, 1 for the euro 1 for the extra cents) Price Advanced: (2 fields, 1 for the euro 1 for the extra cents) Sales information: some pre sales information Website event: Description event: Artist lineup: Organisation name: Organization email: Upload flyer front: Upload flyer back: This form must run under a joomla configuration. Is would be nice if this form will end into a integrated form inside the website so maybe breezingforms is a nice piece of software for this. A single operating form is also okay if it could integrated into the website without any new components. Are you able to fix this before the end of the week?
