A3 poster, plus social media images

I am looking for someone who can either design an image from scratch using my mock up as a template/guide of what I'm after or someone who can use photoshop to delete certain elements of my mock up to make it into a decent poster and images for social media website. The image is for a theatre show based on A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickins. However the characters have been changed to fit in more with the fairy tale characters from our previous pantos. Therefore Scrooge is to be replaced with The Evil Queen from Snow White etc and the ghost of Christmas Future the black fairy from Sleeping Beauty. Although the characters should look like Grimhild and Maleficent; they cannot be copies due to copywrite reasons and therefore I currently have them as silhouettes and am happy for them to stay this way if they can be edited into the picture more naturally than I currently have them. The Ghost and Scrooge would need removing from the image and the grave stone would need changing to 'The Evil Queen' The railings may need removing to make the theatre company logo more readable. Alternately I'm happy for someone to draw and design the image from scratch using now of the images I have included. Please see the mock up Thank you
