convert web design sketch into pdf

Hello, I have about 25 pages of very basic sketches/web designs that I need to get converted into Photoshop images so I can turn i can have web designing company create it into a website. The sketches are a bit difficult to understand for them, so I would need someone to change these into images similar to any website. I will give you the sketches, and I would need you to transform these into professional and well designed images on photoshop to where I can submit these. What I would need with the freelancer: For the freelancer to discuss and create a time schedule with me For the freelancer to discuss and create a payment schedule with me For the freelancer to be available to ask me any questions he/she may have to prevent miscommunications For the freelancer to be available to discuss progress, ideas, etc. twice a week either via skype or instant message Please leave portfolios, etc. of what you can do.
