Graphic Artist Needed

I am looking for a regular graphic artist for our newspaper web site ( <[login to view URL]> ). This will be an ongoing relationship as we need graphics just about every day. Please look at the site before you bid.? ? The first graphic that I need is a new logo.? ? The current one is at? <[login to view URL]> This is a news site for a county in northeast Ohio.? The logo shoulr somehow represent that. I like the logo we have now, but it is way to close to the county's official Logo.? ? I am looking for something simple, keeping the red, white and blue theme.? ? Something that has the same "feel" as the current logo, only it cant look just like the current logo. As I said, this will be an ongoing relationship, so please audition by making this new logo if you are interested in setting up a relationship.? ? ? ? I will pay the winning bidder for their logo design as well as hire them for ongoing work. Again, you should have a logo design to show me when you bid. Thanks.
