Architectural and neighborhood photography in Los Angeles

We need to shoot photos of a particular building and the surrounding neighborhood for a real estate project in the Arts District. The style needs to be reduced, sensitive, downbeat, and technically precise. This is in contrast to the glossy/heroic/bright style of traditional real estate or architectural photography. The deliverable would be 16 final photographs: 6 of the building, and 10 of the surrounding neighborhood. We are looking to have photographs delivered by Sunday, September 27th at the latest. We're building a distributed housing collective to enable members to own one home and live in many places. Each home is part of an expanding network and comes equipped with everything you need. You can buy online, move in with nothing, and swap cities for free as often as you like. You'll be photographing our first building in LA.
