Airbnb Photography in Hollywood with an Eye for Staging

I'm seeking an experienced photographer who specializes in Airbnb-style property photography, with the “eye” & ability to do some minor staging to arrange existing items for the photo, (I do have a local assistant who can help with this on the day of the shoot). The project involves capturing striking photos of a one-bedroom apartment located in Hollywood, Florida - 33020 zip code. (If this works out, I have additional apartments to photograph) The desired style of the photos is "bright and airy" with a contemporary feel to them. I'd like about 30 photos in total from overview of the room style photos to zoom in on individual features (such as appliances). A few of the building exterior as well please. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Ability to arrange items for the photo in an inviting manner (pillows, blankets, turn on the TV, open the blinds, organize utensils in the drawer neatly for the photo, etc - see my attached samples) - Ability to take the same photo in different aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1) at high quality (3000 px+), since different portals use different formats for their photo gallery - Professional camera (not an iPhone) - Proven background in Airbnb-style property photography - Ability to manipulate lighting to make spaces appear bright, airy and more expansive. - Strong knowledge of contemporary aesthetics and interior design to bring out the best in these spaces. - Eye for detail, providing visually-appealing photos that emphasize the primary areas (kitchen, living room, bedroom). - Proficiency in photo-editing software and techniques.
