Design a Banner.

Hello. On our website index page. http://www.craftedcards4you.co.uk. You will see we have a banner at the top of the page. [login to view URL] We need this banner replaced with a new banner of the same or simular size. The new banner must be maximum 400px x 125px. We need this new banner made from a photograph image we have attached below. You may crop and edit this image as much as required, we need a slogan to go on the image.. "Bookatrix Valentine's Collection" And also we need a "click here" on the image somewhere so users can click the image to go to a chosen linked category. We would like the new banner to be proffesional and fit in with the design and style of the page it is going on. We are open to suggestions on how to make this new banner fit perfectly with the page. We will be creating banners for every occasion and category soon so we if be looking for a good designer for continued work. Any questions then please ask.
