31759 Smarterscripts Freelancer

setting up a North American freelancer board using Freelancer v2.9, and looking for a firm that can take the script and turn it into a complete, ready to roll site. I've already installed the script on my IIS 5 server using a temporary internal domain, but the script only comes with rudimentary web design elements. The winning bidder will create high quality templates, and web design elements, as well as finishing any needed installation/configuration work to make the site ready to launch, and complete. Bids will ONLY be considered from programmers that have PREVIOUS SUCCESSFUL EXPERIENCE with installation/customizing the Freelancers v2.9 script.
