Online University Site Development

Bids are requested for developing a website for a new online university to be launched in Canada. The suggested sections that the website will have are: STUDENT SECTION: ---------------- 1. Be able to browse thru list of subjects offered and be able to sign up for selected subjects. 2. View and print course outline 3. View and print transcripts for courses already completed. 4. Email instructors. 5. A section where instructors can post assignments to be completed by each student (assignments can be unique for each student) TEACHER SECTION: ---------------- 1. Email students 2. Post assignments for students (assignments can be posted for a group/class or for an individual student. 3. Post grades for various activities (assignments, quizes, tests, exams etc) ADMIN SECTION: -------------- 1. Add/delete course offerings 2. Add/delete students (students should be able to enroll automatically also and be able to add/drop courses too) 3. View students based on search criteria such as courses taken, age, sex, courses currently enrolled for, GPA etc) 4. Add/delete faculty members. The website should also be mobile friendly and so students should be able to do everything off their mobil phones too. Since this is a very serious development work, I only want people that are serious about web development and have the required expertise to bid on the project. In order to make sure that only serious and experience people bid on the project, I require that anyone wanting to bid on this project pay a $25 NON_REFUNDABLE bid fee. This is to make sure that only people that have the required experiece bid on the project. Please message me once you have transferred the bid fee.
