create a polling and focus study app that uses camera on mobile devices to capture emotional responses

there is technology out there that reads and interprets emotional responses to content or any stimuli. this technology can be integrated in a unique way, wherein the mobile device of any kind that has a camera can record the response of a face to determine the emotional response to a piece of content. this app must allow that content be sent to a user, while the camera is recording the response . the response is then sent to the tech company who then interprets. in addition, this app must be able to allow text communication immediately following the content viewing in order for the "polling company" or focus group leader to ask questions about what the user just saw.
