First of all, would you please explain these features to me: 4-Have an option to select all or random files to split 5-Have an option to split all at similar time 6-Have an option to split each file at different time ? I think that a good way of doing this without reinventing the wheel is using the ffmpeg library in command line. If you choose my bid, you also get the C# source code and 2 years of free support and debugging.
