213952 Invoice emailer (Outlook -pdf)

I need a program that will extract a pdf file form a folder and attach that pdf to an email automatically. Currently we open Lotus Notes type a generic message: Hello, Attached is the March 2008 Invoice(s). Please confirm that you have received this email and that you were able to open the attachment(s). Thank You, then we open a file that contains about one hundred pdf's that are created from a separate system. We tie the pdf with the email address by a deal name. The deal name is the same every month and is sent to the same person every month, but the invoice created does have a different invoice number after the deal name. Attached is an example. We will be converting our email system to Outlook soon, so the program would need to communicate with Outlook.
