AJAX Drag-n-Drop in BlogEngine

Using the BlogEngine Starterkit at asp.net http://www.asp.net/downloads/starter-kits/blog-engine/ I am implementing a wider database engine to handle a few extra functions. One of those functions - a "drag-n-drop content blocks organiser" I am looking to outsource and expect it to be created/tested by the 20th February 2009. So there's not a lot of time provided on this project. Essentially it is to be an admin role that allows AJAX reorganisation of content blocks within a pre-confined area of the home page of the site. With a few simple variable switches to control visible state; block size;position. The ordered blocks positions need to be written back to MySql table so that the front of site renders the content blocks as per the positions set by Admin.
