1. Dashboard :- For Overall View (Like Monthly/Quarterly/Half-Yearly/Yearly Sales widget,Product Life Cycle related information(like ordering, processing,packing,shipping delivery,cancelled to return, bestselling product,customer groeth,weekly statistics, etc ) in the form of graphical and numerical representation,payment gateway related information like which payment gateway is used by customer most and the amount transacted,recent transactions,reports etc 2. Product Management:- • Category addition • Addition of new product in that category ,updation of new/older product (addition of details,removal of details,removal of product,product availability enable/disable option etc) • Show all product with a single click • Searchable option through product name or product id • Stock availability. • Product image option max of 5 images with main image should be there for upload • Colour option for product with enable and disable option • Specification for both colour and non-colour product with value tab. • Description of product • Quantity tab for each coloured and non-coloured product tab 3. Category Management:- • Addition of new category. • Updation of new or already existing category. • Removal of Category. 4. User Management:- • Addition of new user. • Deletion of user. • Modifying or updation of user control. • User Roles (Superadmin, Admin, User) for accessing the backend panel with certain policies. • Working Contact number is must for User with mobile number authentication through SMS or Whatsapp or Email. • Following fields should be present ( Username, Name, Email Id(mandatory),Role of user,Password,Confirm Password, Mobile Number(mandatory)). All access should be with superadmin. • User/admin should be able to change the password by themselves after First Login or afterwards through proper authentication(SMS or WhatsApp or Email) • Superadmin should assign certain policy to admin and user about their functionality. • Show all user tab with options of updation, removal, enable, disable. • Profile Update option. 5. Order Management:- • Option of order status (New,Confirmed,Packed,Shipped,Delivered,Pending,Cancelled,Failed,Returned) • Searchable option through order number/ payment reference number or product name. • Incase of multiple orders option of viewing order information should be present like (Name,Address,Email ID, Contact Detail and order ID) • Refund Details updation including Bank Reference number, Refund Amount,Refunded to • Option of search for refund orders also through refrence number or contact number. • Shipping Details updation Courier Name,AWB and courier website. • Invoice Detail Updation with upload option of PDF. • Same option should be available for other items too. • Incase of cancelled order through Customer Side or Seller Side relevant details should be present. • Product stage cycle should also been shown through graphical representation. • For Internal reference there should be option of sub order id and product id available. • Setting up of Superadmin Number for real time notifications of orders. 6. Customer Management:- • Full Customer Management. • Option of Active or Disabled customer. 7. Review Management 8. Website Management • Any other work comes up during designing and development. 9. Delivery Management:- • All India Pin code upload. • Option of uploading new pin codes of any other country.. 10. Ticket Management:- • Ticket Management including Receiving of Ticket to closure of ticket. • Option of Ticket Stage. 11. Payment Gateways Option:- • Addition of 3 Payment Gateways. • Option of Enabling and Disabling of Payment Gateway. • Setting up of Dynamic QR at the time of Payment. • Configuration of Superadmin Mobile Number for real time updates. • Every change should get reflected on real time basis on front-end of the website. 13. Inventory Management. • Designing of Inventory Management software with full features.
